Refund policy

At Gifts By Mahima, we strive to provide the best quality personalized gifts. As our products are customized specifically for you, we operate on a strict All Sales Are Final basis.


Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


1. STRICT NO REFUND & NO RETURN POLICY
We do not offer monetary refunds or accept returns under any circumstances. Once an order is placed, it is considered final. We do not entertain requests for refunds or returns due to:


Change of mind.


Delays in delivery by the courier partner.


Sizing issues (please check size guides before purchasing).


Slight color variations (see "Color Disclaimer" below).


2. NO CANCELLATION POLICY
Once an order is submitted on our website, it is processed immediately to ensure timely dispatch. Therefore, we do not accept any cancellations or modifications to orders once they have been placed.


3. DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS (REPLACEMENT ONLY)
While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to ensuring you receive your product in perfect condition. If you receive a product that is physically damaged during transit or if you receive the wrong item, we will provide a Replacement Only.


Eligibility for Replacement: To be eligible for a replacement, you must meet the following strict criteria:


Report within 3 Days: You must report the issue to us via email at contact@giftsbymahima.com within 3 days of delivery.


Mandatory Unboxing Video: You must provide a clear Parcel Opening Video (uncut/unedited) showing the package label and the damage clearly. No video = No replacement.


Original Condition: The item must be unused and in its original packaging.


4. SHIPPING COSTS FOR REPLACEMENTS
Please note that in the event a replacement or return is approved by Gifts By Mahima management (as a special case exception):


The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.


You must pay the shipping charges to return the item to our facility.


You must also pay the re-shipping charges for us to send the replacement product back to you.


5. EXCEPTIONS (NON-REPLACEABLE ITEMS)
We will NOT provide replacements or compensation in the following scenarios:


Missing Photos: If you ordered a photo-based product (e.g., Mini Album) but failed to upload photos, and the product was delivered blank.


Color Variations: You acknowledge that photos viewed on digital screens (mobile/laptop) appear in RGB format, while printed products are in CMYK. Slight darkness or color tone variations are natural in the printing process and are not considered defects.


Incorrect Address: If the delivery failed because you provided an incomplete or wrong address/phone number.


Refused Delivery: If the recipient refused to accept the package.


6. HOW TO REQUEST A REPLACEMENT
If your order meets the criteria in Section 3, please follow these steps:


Email us at contact@giftsbymahima.com with the subject line: Replacement Request - Order #[YourOrderNumber].


Attach the Parcel Opening Video and clear photos of the damage.


Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours.


If approved, we will guide you on how to pay the shipping charges and process the replacement.
